Dr. Trott is the best doctor I’ve seen in over a quarter of a century, and I am not exaggerating. The wait was minimal, the staff was extremely courteous and professional and the office environment was very nice. I love the waiting room with the coffee machine and water dispenser. That right there shows this is a practice that cares about its patients. But that’s not even the half of it. Dr. Trott saw me without a long wait in the exam room. She was very kind and spent at least a good hour (wow!) with me, discussing my medical history, symptoms and she answered all of my questions. I cannot praise her highly enough. Scheduling the allergy testing was easy, and they were able to see me the following week. I had to get the antihistamines out of my system, which is why I didn’t get tested in the first appointment. The second appointment went great, too. Faye Crowell, the PA, oversaw the testing. She was very competent, thorough and friendly as well. They were especially kind as well, considering I missed my scheduled appointment because it’s in an area of town I’m not familiar with, and the stupid Google map kept directing me to a building behind the correct one. I know I was there just a week before, but I couldn’t remember which building it was in. So many of the buildings look the same, or similar in these medical centers. I called them, and told them that I was quite alright with them rescheduling me, but they just bumped me back a few hours. Another example of the above and beyond patient care. I cannot recommend Dr. Trott-Gregorio and her clinic highly enough. In fact, I would love her as my primary care physician, but she’s an allergist. I’m just grateful she’s my allergist.
