I have had to take allergy shots since the age of 10. Over the last 38 years I have seen MANY doctors for my allergy symptoms & have NEVER received the level of treatment I have at the San Marcos location! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate & interested in helping me become as allergy free as possible. I pray I NEVER have to go anywhere else!! I just had the most amazing (virtual) provider experience of my life. Faye Crowell, PA is the most knowledgeable, caring, thorough medical professional I’ve ever had. She is deeply knowledgeable about broad allergy issues and even more knowledgeable about the minutia and unpredictability of rare autoimmune diseases. She knew what clinical trials were ongoing and gave me a number of treatment options; and counseled me on the COVID shot with folks like me who have autoimmune issues. I am blown away with her and will continue to see her. I have been to the Mayo clinic and foreign countries, she ranks up there with the incredible medical providers. She gets five stars in patient experience AND deep knowledge of expertise in her field. You usually find one or the other, not both. I cannot recommend her enough. And let me add, I sent her a previous blood work panel an hour before our appointment, and she reviewed it and had feedback. WOW !!!
I’ve battled chronic allergies for my entire life, and battled hives on and off for the last several. I’m finally feeling some hope and relief after visiting this office! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Yesterday, I was having a very challenging day and contacted the office. My physician immediately called and talked through my concerns, and the office got me in the next day to help. At my appointment today, I’ve been treated with so much kindness and attention to detail. Normally doctors shuffle you in and out as fast as possible, but that is not my experience here. Thank you Carrie and staff!
Before I started allergy shots, I had a lot of insurance-related billing questions. Amelia just got on the phone with me and walked me through every detail. I’ve been seeing Carrie Stolfa, FNP-C, and she has a lovely bedside manner. She’s direct, open to discussion, and friendly. I was getting clusters of shots, so I spent hours at a time in the office and never had a bad experience. The entire office is clean, relaxed, efficient, with plenty of parking.
Dr. Molina was great explaining my issues and options to resolve. I highly recommend her if you have any issues with allergies and or breathing during yearly or seasonal allergies that we all experience in our bi-polar weather in Texas.
